Each vendor has a specific number of rooms in each category contracted in their "inventory".

 

The number of rooms available changes as others are booking rooms as well. There is no way to "hold" rooms unless a contract has been signed and a group deposit has been paid.

In the event the vendor's inventory is sold out in a particular room category, three options exist:

  • Request the vendor to ask the hotel/resort for additional rooms. Adding rooms to the vendor's inventory is at the hotel/resort's discretion.

  • Make the remaining group's reservations with another vendor that has same/similar deposit policy, inventory, etc.,

  • If rooms in the room category are completely sold out, another room category will be offered.

(Getting your group members' rooms near each other, on the same floor or all in one building is based on availability and is not guaranteed.)
