IMPORTANT: If you do not yet have a roommate you must make your request for the SINGLE OCCUPANCY rate. Please DO NOT request the double occupancy rate. You may have the option of adding a roommate later.

Note: Your credit card will NOT BE CHARGED when you enter your credit card information.

After you submit your request, one of our reservation specialists will review your request as soon as possible as requests are reviewed in the order received.

Q. I am ready to save my spot and pay my deposit but my roommate is not ready. Can I make book my trip now?

A. You may book your trip now, however, because there would be only one person on the reservation, you will be booked at the single occupancy rate. Should you add a roommate later, your rate will revert to the double occupancy rate.

Q. I do not have my passport yet. Can I still save my spot for my international trip?

A.Yes. You may save your spot without entering passport information. Please let us know when you receive your passport. It is important to note that cancelling a trip due to not having your passport will most likely result in the loss of the money you paid.

Q. I am paying the deposit for my roommate and myself. Do I need to fill out one reservation request form or two?

A. You will complete one form. In the drop down box for :Total Number of Passengers" enter "2". You will be able to enter your roommate's name and date of birth as Passenger 2. You may pay the deposit for the both of you on your card.

Q. I entered my credit card information to pay my deposit, but when I checked my bank account my card was not charged. What happened?

A. Your credit card will not be charged when you enter your information into the form. Your card will be charged after the reservation request is reviewed by one of our reservation specialist and everything is as quoted.

Q. I submitted my reservation request on Friday, but have not heard anything yet. Should I be concerned?

A. Reservation requests are reviewed and processed in the order received. Our reservation specialists do not typically work on weekends. A reservation will get to your request as soon as possible during the following week.

Q. How do I make future payments?

A. Instructions on making future payments are provided on the Confirmation-Receipt you will receive when your reservation has been confirmed.

Q.Does submitting my reservation request save my spot and lock in my price?

A. Submitting your reservation request does not save your spot or lock in your price. Your spot is saved and your price is locked in only after your deposit is processed and your reservation is confirmed.

Q. I understand payments can be made at my convenience, but may I set up a payment plan?

A. Absolutely! You may authorize a payment plan by going here.

Q. I want travel insurance for my vacation. How do I add insurance.

A. Upon confirmation of your reservation you will receive a Confirmation-Receipt that contains a link to purchase the plan that works best for you.
